We can pop in 1-2 times a day for a check in and play with your pup or we offer an in home stay to take care of your pets full time so they can stay in their own home.

Robertson Retreat is a home away from home for your dog. Hidden away in the Illawarra escarpment, this picturesque town in the Southern Highlands is the perfect place to house your pup while you are away.
We offer multiple boarding options including free range sleeping quarters, kennels and crates depending on your pups preference or requirements.
Our guests are free to play all day in our open play spaces, or relax in our undercover and indoor chill out zones.
All guests who stay more than 3 nights have a complimentary wash/dry service before going home.

Open Hours: 7.30am-6pm

Drop off between 7:30am - 9:30am
Pickup between 3pm - 6pm

Behavioural/temperament assessments - 2hr session at daycare  $25
To ensure all pups are guaranteed fun and safety in our day care, every dog will be required to attend a behaviour assessment done by one of our dog trainers.

Small dog: Weekday $50 - Weekend $65
Medium/Large dog: Weekday $60 - Weekend $75
Surcharge applies for public holidays: $15

one-on-one dog walk: $25 for half hour exercise walk
Flea/Tick Wash (mandatory if fleas are present): $30
Medication: $5 per administration

$15 each way - Illawarra

Late Pickup: $10 for the first hour. Overnight rate will apply after 7pm unless prior arrangements have been made.

NOTE: All new dogs will be required to attend a Behavioural/temperament assessment at daycare prior to attending boarding unless already a daycare client 
For out of area boarding clients - written references from local daycare/boarding/groomer required to advocate to temperament/behaviour of your dog.

Discounts:
  • Long term discount offered for stays over 30 days: 5% off entire stay
  • 5% discount offered for 3 or more pets from the same family staying at the same time (excluding all school and public holiday periods)
  • No discounts are offered during any school holiday period or public holiday peak period due to the high demand at this time as we do book out. 
Payment Terms:
  • Full payment is required 1 week prior to check in or at time of booking for peak periods.
  • Pet shuttle bookings are to be paid in full the day before pickup.
  • Prices are subject to change. If a booking is made prior to the price increase, then the booking will be charged at the new price.
  • All public holidays will incur a $15 surcharge per dog 
  • We accept cash, eftpos, & credit card: Visa & Mastercard incur a 2% credit card processing fee.
  • For long term stays over 30 days or indefinite stays we require either full payment upfront or regular payments in advance by agreement (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) and a credit card must be kept on file securely in your online account.
  • cancellations less than 48hrs will be charged 50% of the total booking.
  • A valid credit/debit card must be placed on file for all bookings
