Mel and James are local groomers working in the Illawarra, South Coast and Highlands for 6 years.
In our time in the industry we have discovered a need for specialised groomers experienced and trained in dogs with anxiety, reactivity, fear/fear agression, rescue and abused dogs and especially dogs that have suffered groomer trauma.
Our team of specialists and qualified behaviouralists are more than just your average groomer. We take on dogs most other groomers wont touch. We re-train and rehabilitate dogs in the grooming environment so their experience is a positive one. We do this without sedation, and only muzzle in extreme cases for safety.
Our expertise has lead us to venture into daycare and boarding, offering a range of services to accomodate all your pet care needs.
